If you have a question or comment you can call us on 03 9762 9727 during business hours and we will be happy to help. Our business hours are between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
If you wish to cancel your order or have received a product which you are not satisfied with – please contact us within seven working days. Please contact us either by email, fax or in writing detailing why you wish to return the goods as this information is obviously useful to us.
Any item returned must be received back in an unused and resalable condition complete with the original packaging.
Contact us to obtain a Customer Return Materials Authorisation, which is to be completed and returned with the goods. If an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you & any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you.
We always pack and check your order before dispatch. Occasionally, damage occurs in transit, even though we pack items carefully to avoid this. If a package does arrive in a damaged condition please notify us immediately. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or a full refund.
