TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ PRIVACY POLICY

GST

All prices, freight, postage and packing are subject to GST at the rate set by the government, currently 10%.

CONDITIONS

Prices, product range and terms are subject to change without notice. Property in the goods supplied will not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price is paid in full.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Money Order.

SETTLEMENT TERMS

Payment must be made prior to goods being shipped unless the customer has an established Credit Account.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Pre-approved credit accounts are available for regular customers.

CREDIT TERMS

Strictly Net 30 days from end of month of invoice date.

PRICES

Prices are FIS for orders $1,000 or more in value for carton quantities as specified. Broken carton quantities incur a 10% handling charge.

FREIGHT

For orders less than $1,000 in value (excludes back orders) please nominate your preferred freight company.

BACK ORDERS

If goods are out of stock they will be placed on back order and delivered as soon as they are available unless advised otherwise.

WARRANTY

In the event of any faulty product, the product will be replaced free of charge or credited in full. Products ordered in error will be credited on return less the cost of freight and a 10% handling fee.

CREDIT CLAIMS

Claims for damaged or faulty stock must be made within 7 days of date of invoice.

STOCK RETURNS

We must approve all stock returns prior to being returned. This is done via the Customer Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) form. Please request a copy of the RMA form when required. We are unable to accept open cartons or products specially ordered for the customer.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. We will always endeavor to provide you with the securest environment possible while browsing our website. We cannot however be held responsible for the actions of any third party that is not under the control of Clearpack Australia.

SECURITY ONLINE

Whilst connected to the Internet you must always be vigilant when it comes to supplying people with your personal details. At Clearpack Australia we use encryption on our web servers when you transfer any details to us that might be sensitive. This means that if someone else was watching the information as it is being sent they cannot read it due to the encryption.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Any information you supply to us is considered private and is not at any time ever supplied in any form to other parties outside of our organisation.
